National Broadband (NBB) Mansehra is operated by Cybernet (Private) Limited, a licensed Internet Service Provider holding a Local Loop License (License No. LL-180-2026/HTR) issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) for the Hazara Telecom Region.

2.2 Network & Usage Data

As part of providing and maintaining internet connectivity, our network systems automatically record:

Session data — login/logout time, session duration, IP address assigned
Data usage volume (upload/download)
Device/equipment identifiers (e.g. MAC address) connected to your service
Connection/traffic data such as origin, destination, route, time, size, and duration of communications, as required under Section 32 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016

    Note on network monitoring: This traffic and session data is collected for
    network operation, billing accuracy, fault diagnosis, and to meet our regulatory obligations
    as a licensed telecom operator. We do not inspect or use the content of your private
    communications for marketing or profiling purposes.

    data are not transferred outside Pakistan, in line with our license obligations.
